Tour of Chile Lagos Limpios representatives to Lake Tahoe, California
A delegation of Chilean companies, led by Chile Lagos Limpios, carried out a technical and policy visit to this unique North American lake. The objective was to deepen the organization’s knowledge regarding this successful case of preservation and sustainable development of a lake basin, in addition to strengthening relationships with public and private actors in that ecosystem, exploring international financing alternatives and founding the Lake Champions group, who will visit the North-Patagonian lakes in March 2024.
Meetings for the sustainable development of the Llanquihue Lake basin
During September, meetings #11 and #12 of the Executive Committee of the Roadmap for the sustainable development of the Llanquihue Lake basin were held. Twelve initiatives and projects that will shape the roadmap were prioritized, and work was also carried out on its governance model.
